How to enter MyAccount?
When you place your first order on our website, an account will automatically be created using the email address you enter during checkout.
After completing your order, you will receive an email with a link to create your password. Once you set your password, you can log in to your account at any time.
To access your account, go to the My Account section in the website menu and log in using your email and password. You can also sign in quickly using your Google account if you prefer.
Inside your My Account area, you can:

Download the files you have purchased

Update your account information
If your order requires a photo upload, you can upload your file during checkout or later from your My Account in the related order section.
One of the most useful features of your account is the ability to communicate with us about a specific order. You can open your order and send us a message directly from your account.
Any messages we send regarding your order will also appear in your My Account, in addition to the email notifications you receive.
How to place order?
At DIGINOVA, we offer three types of digital products. The ordering process may vary depending on the type of product you purchase.
1. Instant Download Products
Some products are available for instant download.
Purchase the product from our store.
After completing your payment, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you can download your files immediately.
A download link will also be sent to your email.
An account is created with your email provided during checkout, you can log in anytime and download your files from the Downloads section in your account.

2. Personalized Products
Some designs require personal details or custom text.
Purchase the product and provide the required information according to the instructions on the product page.
We will create your personalized design after receiving your details.
Your finished file will be uploaded within the time frame mentioned on the product page.
Once ready, you will receive an email with the download link, and the file will also be available in your account downloads section. For more information check “How to enter MyAccount” in FAQs.
3. Photo Upload Products
Some designs require your personal photo.
Purchase the product and upload your photo during or after checkout according to the instructions on the product page.
After receiving your photo, we will create your design.
Your completed file will be uploaded within the time frame mentioned on the product page.
You will receive an email notification with the download link, and the file will also be available in your account downloads section. For more information check “How to enter MyAccount” in FAQs.

How Do I Upload My Photo for My Order?
If your order requires a photo upload, you can submit your photo in two ways:

During checkout – upload your photo directly while placing your order.

From your account – after placing the order, you can upload your photo from your order page inside My Account.
What If I Need to Upload More Than One Photo?
If your order requires multiple photos, please compress them into a single ZIP file and upload that file. This helps ensure all images are received together.
Tip: If you have more than one photo, upload them as one ZIP file.
What Happens After I Upload My Photo?
Once we receive your photo(s), we will begin working on your order.
If there is any issue with the uploaded images (for example low resolution or an unsupported format), we will contact you by email.
Please note that the delivery time mentioned on the product page starts from the moment we receive your photo(s).
If the photo upload is delayed, the completion of your order may also be delayed.
What If I Have Problems Uploading My Photo?
If you experience any issues uploading your photo, please go to your order inside My Account and send us a message from that order page . Our team will assist you as soon as possible.
How Long Does It Take to Receive My Order?
The delivery time depends on the type of product you purchase. We offer three types of digital products, and each one has a different processing time.
Instant Download Products
These products are available immediately after payment. Once your order is completed, you can download your files right away from the confirmation page, your email, or from your My Account downloads section.
Personalized Designs
Some products require custom text or personalization details. After we receive your information, your design will be prepared and uploaded within 2 days. Once it is ready, you will receive an email notification with the download link, and the file will also be available in your account downloads section.
Photo Upload Orders
Some designs require your personal photo. The processing time for these products is 2–3 days after we receive your photo. Once your design is completed, you will receive an email with the download link, and the file will also be available in your My Account downloads section.
Please note: The processing time for photo orders starts only after we receive your photo. If the photo is uploaded later, the delivery time will start from the moment we receive it.
Note: If the processing time falls on a weekend or holiday, it may take one additional day to complete your order.

What sizes can I print
Each product description includes the available JPG print sizes for that specific design. In most cases, our artwork can be printed in a wide range of sizes — from smaller formats like 4″×6″ or A5 up to large formats such as 24″×36″ or A0.
All designs from DIGINOVA Prints are provided as high-resolution JPG files (300 DPI) in RGB color mode, which meets the standard requirements used by most professional printing services.
What kind of paper do you recommend?
Choosing the right paper mostly comes down to personal preference. For art prints, many people prefer heavyweight matte paper, as it gives a smooth, high-quality finish and works well for most designs. High-quality matte photo paper is often available at office supply stores and usually works perfectly with standard home printers.
You can also choose satin, semi-gloss, or glossy paper depending on the look you want. These finishes are especially suitable for full-color or photographic prints, as they can enhance colors and add a vibrant appearance to the final result.
Printing at home or at the office?
For the best results, we recommend printing your artwork on smooth cardstock or heavyweight photo paper. The choice between glossy, semi-gloss, satin, or matte paper mostly depends on personal preference. However, matte paper is often preferred for many prints because it reduces glare and reflections, especially when the artwork is framed.
When printing your files, make sure your printer settings are set to “Original Size” or 100% so the design prints at the correct dimensions. If your printer includes a quality setting, choose the highest quality option available. In the paper settings, be sure to select the paper type that matches the paper you are using.
Color Management
Before printing, make sure that color management or color correction is turned off in your printer settings. If it remains enabled, it may cause unwanted color shifts, particularly noticeable in white areas of the print.
Below are some general guidelines for common printer brands:
Epson: Set Color Management to “None,” “Off,” or “No Color Management.” Depending on the printer driver, you may first need to choose “ICM” to see these options. Also ensure that Print Preview is not enabled, as it may cause a magenta tint in your print.
Canon: The option name may vary slightly depending on the driver, but it is usually labeled “Off” or “None.”
HP: Set the color management option to “Application Managed Color.” In some cases, you may need to select ICM before this option appears.
