This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made from DIGINOVA. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Digital Products – No Refunds

All products sold by DIGINOVA are digital files delivered electronically.

In accordance with applicable Canadian consumer protection standards regarding digital content, once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, or made available for download, the sale is considered final and non-refundable.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Accidental purchases

  • Failure to read product descriptions

  • Incompatibility with customer software or devices

  • Lack of technical knowledge to use the file

Customers are responsible for reviewing product details carefully before completing their purchase.


2. Personalized & Custom Digital Products

Personalized products are created based strictly on the information and materials provided by the customer.

By submitting your order, you confirm that:

  • All provided information (names, dates, text, images, etc.) is accurate and final.

  • You have the legal right to use and submit any images or content provided.

Preview & Revisions

If applicable, a preview will be provided before final delivery.

  • Minor revisions that are consistent with the original personalization request may be made at our discretion.

  • Requests that alter the original instructions, add new content, or change previously approved details may be subject to additional fees.

  • Errors resulting from incorrect information, spelling mistakes, low-quality images, or incorrect files submitted by the customer will require a paid correction.

Approval of a preview constitutes final acceptance of the design.


3. Delays in Customer Submission

For orders requiring image uploads or additional materials:

Customers are solely responsible for submitting required files in a timely manner.
Any delay in providing necessary materials will result in a corresponding delay in production and delivery.

We are not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed customer submissions.


4. Technical Issues

If you experience a verified technical issue preventing file access, you must notify us within 7 days of purchase. We will provide reasonable assistance to ensure file delivery.

This does not constitute grounds for a refund.


5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes for valid digital deliveries may be considered fraudulent activity.

We reserve the right to:

  • Provide proof of digital delivery to payment processors

  • Suspend future purchases

  • Pursue recovery of disputed funds where applicable under law
